2. How the service works
The service turns a user request into a structured prompt for artificial intelligence tools. Each visitor may complete one optimization without an account. After signing up or signing in, the Free plan provides up to three optimizations per day. Prompt.Lab Pro provides up to 600 optimizations per calendar month. Unused Pro optimizations do not roll over.
3. Prompt.Lab Pro subscriptions
Prompt.Lab Pro is available as a monthly or annual automatically renewing subscription at the price displayed before checkout. The annual plan is billed once per year but its allowance still resets each calendar month. Stripe processes payments, invoices, payment-method updates, and subscription management. You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, withdrawal, and statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Eligibility and account responsibilities
The service is intended for adults. You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use Prompt.Lab in compliance with applicable law, the rights of others, and the terms of the AI services where you use the generated prompt.
5. Prohibited content and sensitive data
Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activities. Do not enter passwords, API keys, health or financial data, identity documents, highly confidential information, or another person’s personal data without a valid legal basis.
6. User content
You must have the right to use the text you submit. You authorize temporary processing of that content only as needed to generate the optimized prompt. Prompt.Lab does not claim ownership of your prompts.
7. AI-generated results
Results may contain errors, omissions, or wording that is unsuitable for your situation. Always review the content before using it, especially in legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact contexts. Prompt.Lab is not a substitute for qualified professionals.
8. Availability and liability
The service may be updated and temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or results suitable for a particular purpose. If a paid feature is materially unavailable, any remedies required by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
9. Third-party services and trademarks
ChatGPT and OpenAI, Gemini and Google, and Claude and Anthropic belong to their respective owners. Prompt.Lab is an independent project and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with them.
10. Suspension for abuse
We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or the protection of the service and its users.
11. Governing law and updates
Italian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to you. These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. The date shown above identifies the current version.
